Focus Groups, Workshops and Retreat Facilitation
Checco Communications understands the importance of working not with or for organizations, but rather with and alongside people—to help bring them together so that they can work efficiently, cooperatively and productively; to show them where they agree rather than disagree; to learn what makes them tick, what motivates them to get up each morning to come to work.
Through his workshops, focus groups and retreat facilitations, Larry works with an organization's stakeholders to explore how to tap into ways to make everyone perform better and to transform what they may passively perceive as a job into what they passionately come to believe is a valuable mission.
The fact is that without people, with all of their talents, skills, diversity—and, yes, faults—what we think of as organizations would be nothing more than soulless collections of bricks and mortar.
"Larry facilitated our first-ever board retreat, as well as presented a branding workshop to our member organizations, and opened our eyes and minds to looking at our organizations in new and positive ways. He put us on a path to successfully branding ourselves. If you do not understand who you are, what you do, or why anyone should care, you need Larry."

"We've all been to many meetings and events. But for my organization, Larry's branding workshop was by far the most educational and fun! In fact, months later, attendees are still excited about the meeting, contacting me about how they are using what Larry taught to improve their organization's brand, both locally and at the state level with lawmakers. If you are looking for cost-effective, creative ways to be seen and heard, call Larry."

"Since taking Larry's workshop I have expanded in a way I never thought I could. The class gave me so many tools, ideas and information to launch a comprehensive branding strategy. I even had my Executive Director and the President of the Board eating up the ideas I brought to the table."
